THE COLLABORATION
Gizela Ho
Hong Kong-style café (cha chaan teng). Named for the iconic "good morning" towels and the year her grandfather opened his restaurant. Formerly chef de cuisine at Rich Table. Permanent location opening 2027.
Shawn Naputi
Chamorro cuisine from Guam and the Mariana Islands. Ingredient-driven, farmer-first island fare. A Mission District staple since 2014. "Prubechu" means "you're welcome" in Chamorro.
